As a local economist, deal maker, and change agent, my fascination with real estate is an ongoing love affair with San Francisco. This city has always drawn people that want to evolve or seek out discovery. My purpose is to support and connect clients to their own paths. Completely fulfilled by my work, I am focused and results-driven because every part of me is engaged. It is my belief that in buying and selling properties, people actualize the path of their own lives – saying yes to their own future. These pioneering moments are the substance of our magical city, and it is a deep privilege to watch them happen and to make them unfold.

Ranked in the top 100 real estate agents in San Francisco, my sellers’ listings close on average 25 percent faster than listings in the same category, outperforming the market average by 4-6 percent. This confidence in closing has resulted in repeat and referral clients constituting 75 percent of my business. For many years previous to selling real estate, a career in design sales shaped a distinct visual style and construction literacy. I have a second sense of optimizing future value in homes that may require work.
